Leading the development of a proposed regional sports and recreation campus in Southwest Riverside County, California.
The current concept combines a two-sheet ice facility with tournament-capable outdoor multi-sport fields and supporting training, hospitality, recreation and community uses.
Current development work includes municipal coordination, site-control strategy, operator and programming relationships, feasibility analysis, capital-stack development, construction planning and project delivery strategy.
The project is being advanced through coordination with experienced sports operators, professional sports organizations, design and construction partners, financing advisors and public-sector stakeholders.
